Why is it important to store natural butter correctly?
Even the highest quality butter requires proper storage. The temperature, packaging and protection from foreign odors help preserve the taste, aroma and structure of the product.
The oil easily absorbs odors, so it is better to store it closed — in its original packaging, in an oil pan or in an airtight container.
After buying the oil, it is better to keep it in the refrigerator. If part of the product is used daily, it can be transferred to a separate oil pan, and the rest left in the package.
